About us
William C. Foster founded Crane Rental Service, Inc. in 1965 in its original location of Tustin, California. Bill started the company with just one conventional eight-ton crane which he ingeniously converted into a remote controlled unit.
It was his enterprising spirit that led the company from its humble beginnings to a rapid-expanding fleet of cranes. A larger facility quickly became essential and in 1974 Crane Rental Service moved to its current location in Orange, California.
